Stephanie landed in Ottawa after nearly a decade of working and studying in six countries across three continents. She holds a BSc in Environmental Science from Queen’s University and a MA in Environment, Development, and Peace from the UN-Mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica.
Stephanie draws inspiration for her work from the leadership of Indigenous peoples, youth climate activists, and grassroots organizers around the world and is passionate about place-based, community-centred work. She loves building connections and empowering people to take meaningful climate action.
Outside of work, Stephanie can be found exploring the landscape by bike, stewarding dozens of houseplants, and paying reverence to the mountains, lakes, and forests of Eastern North America.
