Customer Service Representative
Sophie developed her expertise in Import/Export for 9 years in the south of France. In 2009, her passion for sustainable tourism and her need to realize herself as a manager led her to get a master’s degree in international tourism management. Then, Sophie moved to Québec in 2010 for an internship in a national park in Quebec, where she developed a communication plan to promote ecological strategies for the Grand Lac St-François. Following that, she accepted mandates within the Tourism and in the aviation sector.
Sophie has over 15 years in customer service and sales, and over the years, her passion for the environment and its preservation has grown significantly. Working for EnviroCentre enables Sophie to apply her skills and knowledge, in addition to continuing to prioritize sustainability in her own life. Sophie enjoys walking in nature and swimming in the summer. She also loves animals and has been rescuing stray cats from the street and finding them safe homes.
