Walk Roll Map Community Walk

Join EnviroCentre for a walk through our city to learn more about what makes our streets more – and less! – accessible. We will begin at the Sandy Hill Community Centre and make our way to City Hall (about 1.5 km). It will take about an hour as there will be many stops as we observe and discuss the features on sidewalks and pathways that make our city safe and accessible for all.

Who’s this for?

  • Urban planning students
  • Avid walkers
  • Pedestrian infrastructure advocates

During the tour, we’ll demonstrate how to use WalkRollMap.org, an easy tool making headway in the region as it shares open data about concerns and challenges residents face as we get around our city.

Participation is FREE – but space is limited so please register in advance!
