The 2020 iteration of the annual UN’s Conference of the Parties, which every year for almost three decades has seen world governments meet to forge a global response to the climate emergency, has been delayed to November 2021. The panel, chaired by Guardian environmental journalist Fiona Harvey, will include the UNFCCC Secretary General, UN youth climate envoy, and more.
