An interactive workshop for Business Owners on energy savings in renovation and the meaning of Net Zero labelling.

About this Event

We all know that taking action on climate is necessary, but how can concerns about the environment fit into the logic of small and medium businesses here in Ottawa?

SMEs can make a significant positive impact on the environment, and save money on utility costs, by renovating the buildings they operate out of.

During this interactive, 2-hour workshop we will walk you through the steps involved in turning your renovations plans into reality. From choosing who to work with, to ensuring you are making the most of your energy savings.

Delivered by EnviroCentre‘s Senior Energy Analyst Gregory Furlong.

This workshop is part of a series called Let’s Talk Green Economy. To learn more about the other workshops in the series visit: www.envirocentre.ca/letstalk.

*** Building Retrofits for SMEs is a 2-part workshop: Part 1 will cover the benefits of renovations and energy savings while Part 2 will focus on practical advice on how to realize a renovation project. You are welcome to attend both or only one of the 2 workshops. Information on Part 1 can be found here ***
