In Seth Klein’s novel A Good War: Mobilizing Canada for the Climate Emergency (italicized), he traces the massive 1940s mobilization that defeated fascism, and the lessons to learn from that experience today. At this Brown Bag Lunch event, Seth Klein and Mitchell Beer will discuss how Canada confronted the last generation’s existential threat, and how lessons from that experience can shape our push for rapid decarbonization and a just, green recovery.
